5月28-30日,第二十屆中國國際檢驗醫(yī)學暨輸血儀器試劑博覽會(簡稱CACLP)在南昌綠地國際博覽中心盛大召開,上海般諾生物科技有限公司攜多款產(chǎn)品精彩亮相,吸引眾多觀眾現(xiàn)場參觀咨詢。
真空離心濃縮儀的工作原理在于,通過抽真空的方式,將溶劑蒸發(fā)出去,以達到濃縮或干燥生物(非生物)樣品的過程。樣品處于真空狀態(tài)時,降低溶劑的沸點,蒸發(fā)速度將增加,不僅可以提升濃縮效率,而且低溫濃縮,可以避免樣本流失、變性、活性下降及氧化等問題。由于樣品不產(chǎn)生暴沸,損失少得到率高。在離心力的作用下,樣品交叉無污染。經(jīng)過真空濃縮處理后的樣,其純度更高,也更易于各種定性和定量分析,普遍應用于化學、生物化學、生物分析、免疫篩查、食品安全、殘留分析等領域。
