當(dāng)壓力降低時(shí)，溶劑的沸點(diǎn)也隨著降低。當(dāng)壓力降到一定程度時(shí)，在比較低的溫度條件下，溶劑便可以沸騰蒸發(fā)。為了避免樣品的蒸發(fā)和交叉污染，采用高速離心旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)，保證樣品處于樣品管中不會噴出。

The boiling point of the solvent decreases with the decreases of the pressure.  When the pressure drops to a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate at a relatively low temperature. In order to avoid sample evaporation and cross-contamination, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology is used to ensure that the sample is in the sample tube and will not be ejected.
